Passionate about Customer Experience and with over 21 years’ experience in Financial Services industry sector. I started my career working in Chartered Trust and Blackhorse Finance in both the retail and motor finance divisions. I’ve been working at MotoNovo Finance for the last 14 years working in various departments prior to my current position as Head of Customer Service. Along with my Management team we’re currently transforming the customer journey through technology and continuous improvement, whilst delivering superior customer service through the customers preferred channel. Currently voted as Best Customer Service Provider at the recent Collections & Customer Service Awards 2019, this was a wonderful achievement for the whole team and recognition that we are leading the industry in delivering excellent customer experience. We’ve introduced significant digital developments to enhance our service offering further - both My MotoNovo (customer self-serve platform) and findandfundmycar offer customers convenient ways to interact with us and the car buying journey. There’s no better judge of our service than our customers and our Net Promoter Score of +72 and trust pilot review score of 9.3/10 speak for themselves!
