Customer Experience Director, Empathyce
Jerry Angrave is founder and Customer Experience Director of Empathyce, a CX consultancy and coaching company. Jerry is a CX specialist with a background from the corporate world at the likes of Lloyds Banking Group. He works with companies in a variety of sectors including aviation, travel, utilities, financial services, social housing, and professional services around Europe and the Middle East. Jerry has also been recognised as a trainer for the Certified Customer Experience Professional accreditation and is a mentor to CX professionals around the world. He also woks with organisations to improve experiences of those who have a disability and is a member of the Heathrow Access Advisory Group.
