I originally trained as an actress and voice over artist 40 years ago with training at Guildhall and more recently for Continued Professional Development at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, but as it's not the most secure industry for working in and work can't always be guaranteed, I also went into the field of Marketing and Business Development as my day job training at the Manchester Business School/Manchester University. My main focus and interest has always been client retention by means of providing exceptional customer service.
Over the years I have gained a wealth of experience of customers in all walks of life, I've learned the do's and don'ts and what works and what doesn't. I have run 3 companies over the past 30 years in voice over acting marketing and as a exhibition speaker. My experience and interest in providing the best customer service possible has resulted in me never losing a single customer and I am delighted to have been asked to speak at this year's Expo.
