Covid-19 Coronavirus

Rescheduled Dates

Customer + User Experience EXPO 2020 and All Co-Located Events have been rescheduled for 16th & 17th June 2021 Due to Increase in International Travel Restrictions.

The organiser of leading technology show Customer + User Experience Expo (originally 18-19th March 2020, ExCel, London), has been closely monitoring updates on the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The global impact of this situation, not least upon international travel and resulting restrictions imposed by many organisations, means that after discussions with all parties we have taken the decision to postpone. The event will now take place on the 16th & 17th June 2021 at ExCeL, London. This will include all events co-located with Customer + User Experience EXPO 2020 including Call & Contact Centre Expo and Smart Communications and Connected Business Expo.

We are committed to delivering high quality events both in terms of content and attendance; the postponement of this year’s event ensures this will be the case for 2021. While this has not been an easy decision, we feel it is the right one in the current environment.

We are of course, in ongoing communication with our exhibitors, speakers, attendees, partners and suppliers. Those we have managed to speak to thus far have been exceptionally understanding.

The event is taking place at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre in London. You can find directions on our Travel & Hotel page

Badges

Will I receive my exhibitor badge by post?

You will receive a digital version of your badge, rather than a physical badge in the post. Simply print this off and bring it with you on the day; if you don't have access to a printer, we have printers at the entrance when you arrive.

Will I be able to print off my exhibitor badge at the venue?

We recommend that you print your badge at home where possible.  We also have registration terminals for you to print off your badge at the venue. Please bring your registration details to the event.

What if I’ve lost or forgotten my badge when I arrive?

Don't worry, simply go to the sign-posted registration area and reprint your badge

Can I register when I arrive?

Yes, although we would recommend you do this online in advance to avoid waiting times. Online registration remains open throughout the event.  Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to access the hall before the event opens for visitors

Visa Policy

How do I obtain a visa letter?

Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation to visitors for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

At The Event

Is there somewhere to leave coats and luggage?

Yes, there are two cloakrooms operated by ExCeL located on the boulevard where you can leave your belongings. 

One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0 and are open during event hours. 

There is a fee of £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware they cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.
